I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University (2015) and a dual B.S. in Neurobiology and Biomechanics from Penn State (2012). As a former high school and collegiate track athlete with three hip surgeries, I became fascinated by why some athletes thrive under stress while others break down.

This curiosity led me to explore weightlifting, backcountry skiing, rock climbing, movement meditation, breathwork, and extreme temperature exposure—as well as a deep passion for manual therapy, spinal manipulation, joint mobilization, and dry needling.

I joined Ascend in 2024 to practice physical therapy the way it should be—integrative, unrestricted by insurance, and seamlessly connected to movement and fitness. I’ve made every training mistake so you don’t have to—now let’s get to work.
